Whether you’re already enrolled in our culinary course, or are interested in doing so, you won’t find more comprehensive training—and in such a short amount of time—than in a career course at The FCI. But if you want to extend those marketable skills even further, explore another career angle, or just make the most of your time with us (or all of the above!), the best way to do it is by adding on one or more of our courses.

For example, you can learn how to make the transition from chef to chef/owner by taking Restaurant Management—our real-world restaurant management course—while you train in Classic Culinary Arts. With the 4-month Owning and Running a Restaurant starting every January, it dovetails perfectly with culinary (or pastry) classes that start between November and February.
