  • Restaurant Management (30 classes) - This unique hands-on real world course is taught by New York City’s leading industry professionals and experts and The FCI’s own Deans and Chef-Instructors. They will share their expertise, successes, setbacks, and secrets with you.
  • The Craft of Food Writing (6 classes) – Learn to write food features, restaurant reviews, craft editor pitches, and more. Developed and taught our Dean of Food Journalism, Alan Richman, this real-world course will launch you into the exciting world of food journalism.
