Every nuance of the curriculum that will guide and inspire you was created by our Dean of Pastry Arts, Jacques Torres.   The Art of International Bread Baking (8 weeks)
Bread isn’t just the start of the meal. It sets the stage for what’s to come. Our program fully trains you to bake a range of international artisan breads.
