Restaurant Management Open House, November 20, 6:30-8:30pm

You will get the opportunity to:

  • Enjoy a panel discussion hosted by The FCI's Founder and President, Dorothy Hamilton.
  • Get all of your questions about our program answered by members of our accomplished restaurant management faculty.
  • Learn about the challenges facing restaurants during tough economic times, and how our program prepares graduates to avoid pitfalls and build a successful business.
  • Make an appointment to tour our facilities in Soho.
  • Meet our Admission and Financial Aid Representatives to help make your dreams come true.

We’re here to help and would love to show you around our recently expanded kitchens, classrooms, and student resources.
